Entrepreneur of the Year

Synopsis: A course looking at the changing role of the manager and different management styles. Pamela works for Enterprise Magazine. Each year they compile a list of the UK’s top one hundred entrepreneurs. This year, for the first time, they are having a gala dinner and awards. Pamela has to organise the whole thing, from corporate sponsors to hired starched shirts. She has to keep her cool, keep an eye on the big picture and delegate jobs to the Enterprise sales team. Overseeing her is Martin Leach, publisher of Enterprise Magazine and ‘entrepreneur extraordinaire’, who joins up with the winners to tell us their recipe for success. Tonight 400 of the most go-getting business men and women in the UK expect to sit down to a top-class dinner, and take part in a top-class event.
