Saying "No"
- Synopsis
- Shows how to say "no" in three different situations: to a request for an appointment; to a request to work late; to a request to change work priorities. Each situation has a different outcome: in the first the request is refused; in the second an alternative is suggested; in the third responsibility for resolving the problem is passed to another per son. A number of assertiveness skills are demonstrated. The video is set in an office and includes an interview with the training manager who explains why it is important to be able to say "no" and the skills involved.
