- Many educators believe that teaching and learning must become more personalized if we hope to meet society’s high expectations. Part of that personalization means confronting the types of problem behaviour that disrupt learning, and then socializing all students to a school’s culture. In effect, educators must teach behaviour just as they teach the rest of the curriculum. This video gives an overview of the process.
