Learning Needs Interview, The

Synopsis
A video-based package to help managers develop the interpersonal skills they need to carry out a learning needs interview. Shows how to get the learner thinking about their overall objectives and the skills, and the attitudes and knowledge they need to achieve them. The dramatised video aims to show managers how they can help their people to identify their learning needs. It is easier for managers to understand and fulfil their people development responsibilities if they feel confident about their own role.
