Learning Review Interview, The
- Synopsis
- This package, consisting of dramatised video, trigger video and user’s guide is aimed at helping managers and learners to understand their respective roles in the learning review interview. Demonstrates the skills managers need to help their people think through and clarify their learning and emphasise to learners that they need to take a proactive role in reviewing their learning experiences. Highlights the fact that managers must support and guide learning reviews and shows how to develop the communication and sounding-board skills required to do this. The videos illustrate the continuous nature of the learning cycle and how review leads to the discovery of further learning needs.
