- CAL package in which the user is presented with a quantity of a newly isolated enzyme and asked to carry out an investigation to determine Vmax, Km, and their sensitivity to pH. Since the program contains parameters to generate thousands of different enzymes and each user has a different problem to investigate. Approximately 10 hours of teaching material.
