Five case studies covering different elements of personel management, such as how to be an effective manager, how to motivate people, how to manage and cope with change, and how to successfully conduct interviews. The case studies were filmed in a wide range of work places including Dartington Glass, ICL, the DSS offices in Liverpool, Oxfam and Boots.
