Synopsis

Examines the characteristics of a dog’s sperm. Shows semen collection and which sperm-rich fraction should be used and why. Dr Gary England demonstrates the three tests of semen evaluation by measuring motility, concentration - using a naubaeur counting chamber, and morphology of the sperm - including over 30 examples of sperm abnormality.
