Synopsis
About the people of the Bullring, a 1930s municipal tenement block in the Brownlow Hill area of Liverpool. They are campaigning to be allowed to remain, because they value their community life more than the perceived benefits of new housing. Relates the community’s 50-year history through the recollections of the residents.
