Synopsis
An account of the destruction of the Amazonian rain forest in Brazil. The destruction of the world’s tropical forests is the greatest single threat to the stability of environmental systems on our planet. The cultivation of the Amazonian jungle is greadually destroying the forest with a devastating effect on the balance of nature and upon the habitat and lives of the local Indian tribes. Adrian Cowell spent more then seven years in Brazil documenting the situation.
