Synopsis
Video recording of a live Canadian satellite broadcast showing the latest technology and procedures used in cardiovascular diagnosis and therapy and to assist in the physical examination of dogs and cats. Explores five cases: 1) small breed, geriatric dog with severe dental disease; 2) middle-aged Doberman Pinscher presenting laboured respiration and lethargy; 3) small breed, geriatric terrier-cross dog with a chronic cough; 4) three-year-old Great Dane two days after surgery; 5) three-year-old male domestic short-hair cat suffering from dyspnea for 12 hours.
