A training pack dealing with bullying in the workplace. Unidentified and unchecked bullying behaviour at work can result in debilitating stress-related illness. Tape 1 is intended as a awareness-raising tool for all employees. Covers the recognition of bullying behaviour, effects on the individual, understanding the bully and effects on the organisation. Offers advice to people who have been bullied. Tape 2 guides those dealing directly with staff involved in incidents of workplace bullying. Covers establishing the truth and on preventing bullying at work. Contains sequences of aggressive confrontations at work.
