Describes the life-cycles, pathogenesis, epidemiology and control of parasitic worms that are the commonest cause of equine disease. Particularly notes strongylosis. The many broad-spectrum anthelmintics now available are classified by type, presentation, supplier and dosage rates for the various parasites. Concludes with an unscripted discussion between the author and colleagues.
