Body Language at Work

Synopsis
Desmond Morris looks at non-verbal communication in the workplace. Body language helps us to appreciate what people are really thinking and feeling and helps us to put our own messages across without distracting, misleading and often unconscious mannerisms getting in the way. Individual programes are a core programme covering fitst impressions, mirroring, identifying body language that contradicts the spoken work, and understanding people’s sensitivity to their personal space; and programmes for managers, for salespeople and for those who deal with the public.
