A demonstration of the flow of tubular fluid in proximal and distal tubules of rat kidney. The effects of adrenalin, micropuncture, diuresis due to manitol and coagulation of the hypothalamus are shown. Made from material shot in 1961-2. An Encyclopaedia Cinematographica film.
