Includes interviews with consultant Dr Michael Hammer, Bill Gates of Micrsoft, Jack Welch of General Electric, Bos Haas of Levi Strauss, Dick Levitt of Hewlett-Packard, Ricardo Semier of Semco and Dr John Potts of Elida Gibbs.
