Rainmaker, The

Synopsis
Canadian scientist Dr Graeme Mather, who work with cloud seeding in South Africa to prove that clouds could be made to rain by means of human intervention, believed that after 30 years he learned how to end droughts and revolutionise global water management. His company runs projects in Mexico and France to demonstrate its technique for triggering rain.
