Placements in Social Work: Placement Triggers
- Synopsis
- Aims to prepare social work students for placement by giving them an insight into common difficulties experienced by students who have been there before them. The 30 short sequences show students working in residential care, in field work in hospital settings, in probation offices and in other unspecified social work settings. The students explain particular issues and problems they have encountered and, in each case, this is followed by the practice teacher’s response.
