Synopsis
Discusses the co-ordinated activity of muscles during different phases of stride, the patellar locking mechanism, the passive stay/reciprocal apparatus, proximal fixation of the patella, medial patellar desmotomy and rupture of the peroneus tertius and common calcanean tendon. Examines the muscular distribution of femoral, obturator and sciatic nerves, sciatic nerve damage, sensory innervation of sapheonous, peroneal and tibial nerves, palpation of tibial nerve, plantar and plantar metatarsal nerves and scientific nerve blocks.
