Mind over Body

Synopsis
Examines a series of baffling scientific discoveries that forced scientists to conclude that there may be link between the mind and the body’s defence systems. They first found that there are established pathways from the mind to the immune system, then discovered that prolonged stress could affect the body’s ability to heal itself as well as yo lower its immunity. These discoveries give credibility to the possibility that techniques such as visualisation and relaxation can hel in halting the spread of diseases including cancer.
