Synopsis

For architects Michael Fletcher and Keith Priest the interesting part of architecture is the sheer number of things that are involved, apart from the design process. They discuss this in relation to their project for the headquarters for Vodaphone, whose new offices will occupy a 30-acre site outside Newbury in Berkshire and accommodate over 3500 people. The development of the site includes the restoration of a former forest, the design of a bus system, and sustainability considerations.
