Synopsis: Looks at leadership skills in a case study at Burnfoot Community School, Hawick, Scotland. Through interviews with key members of staff the programme considers leadership in a variety of contexts, including staff development and appraisal. It also looks at the role of the headteacher and other staff members in the leadership process.
