Investigators, The

Synopsis

The programmes present the purposes and practices of science in the primary school. Each programme deals with a particular aspect and is illustrated by recordings made in Lanarkshire schools. Taken together the programmes provide a complete description of the approach to primary school science developed within Hamilton College of Education Science Department and reflect the years of experience of working with children along the lines suggested by the Science 5/13 Project.
