Opens with Alan Smallman, a Rotarian famed for his public speaking skills, describing the sorts of things that should be kept in mind by aspiring public speakers. Then, a standard format is followed through the various sections: roles of chairman and speaker, taking questions, vote of thanks. Filmed excerpts follow of the variouis task being performed by the school teams competing in the Rotary Club’s Schools’ Public Speaking Competition.
