Interviews for Deputy Head

Synopsis
A schools management project which aims to show how primary school teachers fare in interviews for the deputy headship of a Lincolnshire primary school. The interviews, which are role played, show both weak and strong points in presentation and delivery. The programme is in 3 sections. In the first section each teacher gives their background and training; the second part moves to actual interviews and the third gives each unsuccessful candidate advice and criticism.
