Synopsis
A multimedia course introducing the techniques of interactive systems design (ISD) and the philosophy of user-centred design. Aims to provide the skills needed to assign and implement interactive systems, and to raise an awareness of the advantages and disadvantages of ISD. Introduces current languages and tools for ISD. Contents include: design principles; design methods; implementation; case study; online questionnaires; evaluation methods; evaluation in practice. Requires 20-30 hours study time.
