Des Fahy interviews Northern Ireland Secretary Tom King on Government legislation which will impose a broadcasting ban on those individuals involved with terrorist organisations. Legislation is also being introduced to end the right to silence of terror suspects in Northern Ireland. A similar change in the law will follow on mainland Britain. The move means if suspects refuse to give evidence the courts can take it into account. King says the changes are needed because of the state of the law in Northern Ireland. In two parts.
