- Since the discovery of nine bodies at the home of Fred West in Gloucester the Missing Persons Bureau charity has been inundated with calls which has prompted Scotland Yard to compile the first national register of missing people. Marc de Leuw visits the headquarters of the bureau in East Sheen to see how the operation works and speaks to press officer Sophie Woodford (?); co-founder Janet Newman; Di Collington(?), who operates the only age progression computer in Britain, explains how she composed an image of Fred West’s first wife Catherine Costello. Report begins with audio from the bureau of volunteers taking calls.
