One of Britain’s most distinguished former naval commanders says the Royal Navy’s task force has the capacity to maintain a sea and air blockade around the Falklands for several months if necessary. Admiral Sir Raymond Lie-go, who has left the Navy to go into private industry, has spent a winter serving with a naval force in the South Atlantic. Sir Raymond, in an interview with 210 says his own son is now with the task force off the Falklands. [Box 5]
