1938 BBC production of Louis Goodrich’s sentimental comedy playlet The Old and the Young. Although the production is not credited to a specific theatre, the leads Ann Todd and Harold Warrender in this television presentation played the same parts in presentations of the play at the Strand Theatre in 1931 and at the Lyric Theatre in 1936.

Production history

First performed as a one-act play at the Strand Theatre, London, in February 1931, and given again as a full-length drama at the Lyric Theatre on 19 January 1936, in both cases with the television cast of Ann Todd and Harold Warrender.
