Play synopsis

'Sweet Coz...is all about a young woman doctor who gets a little confused at a hospital ball and who finds that she has in tow a strange man she has somehow to explain away to her egregiously poetic brother’ (Radio Times, 31 December 1954, p. 13).

Production history

Found in the author’s study after her death, along with Lady Charing is Cross and Cornelia; published in 1954, although it is unclear whether the play had a stage production before the 1955 television presentation.
