Summary
1952 BBC live studio broadcast of a production of The Deluge, part of the Chester Mystery Plays cycle telling the story of Noah and the flood, performed by the Southampton Student Players. The amateur production was a finalist in the annual festival of community theatre held recently by the British Drama League. Shown in a programme with The Sound of Stillness under the Community Theatre banner.
