Play synopsis: Thriller in which the innocent wife of a brutal, alcoholic businessman is suspected of giving him an overdoes of sleeping potion. The action takes place in the Treyfords’ flat and in the library of Geoffrey Harting’s house, on the edge of Hampstead Heath. A re-enactment of the crime brings out the truth.
