Play synopsis

Comedy. Schoolgirl Eve feigns an illness so that she can be attended by the high powered doctor Sir John Brent. Her ruse works and they are soon married. However, his work keeps him away for long periods and Eve decides to secretly resume her education. All is well until the mathematics tutor falls for her.
