Synopsis

Based on the book ‘Denial: Holocaust History on Trial’ by Professor Deborah Lipstadt, this feature film recounts Lipstadt’s legal battle for historical truth against British scholar David Irving, who accused her of libel when she declared him a Holocaust denier. Lipstadt’s legal team, in which British Professor Anthony Julius was lead solicitor, had to prove that the Holocaust occurred.
