Westwood: Punk, Icon, Activist

Synopsis
Documentary about fashion designer Vivienne Westwood, who has been redefining British fashion trends for over 40 years. Blending archive footage and interviews with Westwood’s collaborators, the film covers her journey from a childhood in postwar Derbyshire to the runways of Paris and Milan. Along the way we see Westwood fighting to maintain her brand’s integrity in an industry mostly driven by corporate profit and global expansion.
