Best of Enemies

Synopsis
The televised debates between the liberal Gore Vidal and the conservative William F. Buckley Jr in the summer of 1968 are now considered to have changed the way television news programmes were made forever. This documentary is a behind-the-scenes account of these live and unscripted debates, which kept the viewers glued to their television screens and sky-rocketed the ratings of the ABC News Channel.
