Wikileaks: Secrets & Lies

Synopsis
Using first hand, exclusive interviews with those involved, WIKILEAKS: SECRETS & LIES documents the story of the biggest data spillage in history. The film reveals how the Guardian newspaper turned the original Wiki material from a mass of documents into a dramatic succession of calibrated and researched scoops. The film has generated some controversy through its portrayal of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange as someone who has allowed the organisation to change from a portal for accessing secret political and diplomatic information, into a navel-gazing exercise.
