- Synopsis
- This 1993 film investigates how - almost 20 years after Vietnam defeated the military might of the USA - the country is on the brink of yet another victory - this time in commerce. Western businesses are lining up to organise joint ventures, yet the country is still under a US trade embargo and American businessmen have to pose as Canadian tourists to enter Vietnam in order to compete with the Europeans and Japanese.
