The cast includes John Le Carre, psychologist Kay Jamison, novelist and critic David Lodge, Time magazine correspondent Bernard Diederich, former CIA Inspector General Fredrick Hitz, writer Paul Theroux and Greene’s daughter Caroline Bourget.
