- Synopsis
- In April 2000 the fence finally came down round Greenham Common air base. This short film tells the story of how a US Air Force base with 96 nuclear cruise missiles came to be returned to the people after 20 years of non-violent protest and witness. Includes dramatic footage and archival material of the women’s peace camps intercut with scenes of the day the fence finally came down. Includes a comprehensive information pack.
