Synopsis: This DVD contains both audio resources (audio clips organised into ‘audio themes’) and video resources (DVD clips). These resources enable better sense to be made of the study topics and will deepen knowledge and understanding of the issues covered. Direction is given towards particular DVD and audio clips at appropriate points in the study topics. The DVD clips are as follows: Wandsworth Youth Service; Madcap; Connexions Humber. The audio clips are divided into the following themes: Theme 1 Making sense of leadership; Theme 2 Leading practice; Theme 3 Leading staff; Theme 4 Managing change; Theme 5 Working across agencies; Theme 6 Keeping on track.
