- Synopsis
- Documentary about one of Pina Bausch’s final projects, a piece featuring forty teenagers, mostly amateurs who had never heard of her, selected by Bausch from various schools in the Wupperthal area and brought together to rehearse, once a week, for a year before performing on stage. Filmmakers Anne Linsel and Rainer Hoffman captured the interaction between the teenagers and Bausch as well as the growth of the young people as they became more comfortable with the material and confident in their abilities.
