Draw and Play Keep Parkinson’s at Bay

Synopsis: A report on two projects dealing with Parkinson’s disease. The DIPAR project, based at University Medical Centre Groningen in The Netherlands, aims to improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of the disease by analysing handwriting, and the Tempus_G at the University of Belfast is trying to develop new rehabilitation tools based on sensorial stimulation, using tailor-made video games to improve balance and overall mobility.
