Khodorkovsky

Synopsis
Documentary about the rise and fall of former Russian oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who shot to the upper echelons of Russia’s wealthy elite before being imprisoned. Though Khodorkovsky was officially jailed on tax and embezzlement charges, his proponents claim that his true crime was daring to disagree with Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Khodorkovsky’s supporters, as well as his family, speak out about the case and accusations of rampant corruption in Russian politics.
