- This chillingly dark comedy, based on the 1965 stage play by David Halliwell, was filmed in bleak, wintry Oldham in 1974 and has rarely been seen in almost 40 years. Expelled art student Scrawdyke leads his Party of Dynamic Erection, with devoted followers Wick, Irwin and Nipple, in an enraged battle against an unseen nemesis. Released in dual format Blu-ray/DVD with thematically related archival short films and an extensive booklet with essays and contributions from Stuart Cooper and Mike Leigh.
