The great aviators of the day compete in this silent newsreel of the daring Dole air race from Oakland, California to Hawaii at a time when Lindbergh’s crossing of the Atlantic was new.

FASHION HORIZONS (1940, 19:10)
Trans World Airlines p[resents a Kodachrome southwestern U.S. travelogue, with stops at Albuquerque and an Arizona dude ranch, with an eye towards the fashions worn by their complement of aspiring Paramount Studio starlets, Mary Martin being one among them.

FLYING BUSINESSMAN (1953, 12:54)
Another Kodachrome feature, this one documenting how businesspeople can benefit from air travel.

FLYING WITH ARTHUR GODFREY (1953, 48:02)
A made for TV film in its original colour format, chronicling the flight of an Eastern Airlines passenger plane which Arthur Godfrey himself copilots and which costars Eastern Airlines chief, and great World War I fighter Ace, Eddie Rickenbacker.
