Synopsis

A set of four documentaries chronicling the ballet productions of Rudolf Nureyev - Raymonda, Romeo and Juliet, Sleeping Beauty and La Bayadere. The films follow the production processes involved, as the Paris Opera Ballet rehearse to Nureyev’s choreography and staging. Included are rehearsal scenes and interviews with people who worked and danced with Nureyev and a recording of the ballets in their entirety.
