Life Goes on

Synopsis
Feature film telling of the prejudices and Islam-phobia which is still deep-rooted among some sections of immigrant Indians in London. The director sees Life Goes On as a modern retelling of King Lear, for in the five days between his wife Manju’s death and her funeral, Sanjay has to examine his troubled relationship with his three daughters as well as "confront his past demons". There are many quotations from the play and it is chosen as the graduation play in which Dia appears.
