Approaches to Bullying in Schools

Synopsis
Bullying is a common problem among children in school and causes immense distress, not just to the victim, but within the whole school environment. This DVD gives clear, practical guidance on the different approaches to the problem in the secondary school. The teacher will then be able to see how each possible solution might work when handled with confidence and skill. Using actors and role play the DVD features a typical bullying scenario and then demonstrates how each approach can be applied to the situation. The programme is accompanied by a CD-ROM and comprehensive booklet by Ken Rigby, with summary information and discussion guidelines.
